Educational Qualifications:

Candidates should possess Matriculation plus course completed Act Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT in the trades of Fitter/ Electrician/ Instrument Mechanic/ Millwright Maintenance Mechanic/ Mechanic Radio & TV/ Electronics Mechanic/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle etc for ALP Post and Matriculation plus course completed Act Apprenticeship/ ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT in the trades of Electrician/ Electrical Fitter/ Wireman/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ TV & Radio/ Instrumentation/Computer/ Computer Networking etc for Technician posts.

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 30 years as on 01-07-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Mode Of Selection:

Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written examination.

How To Apply:

Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format with details of Name, Address with Pin code, Mobile No., Aadhar No. date of birth, fathers name, etc along with one recent passport size photograph and bank demand draft/ IPO, self attested photostat copy of caste certificates, etc enclosed in an envelope super scribed with ” Application for the Posts of ___ Category No’s____ Centralized Employment Notice No___ & Community____(SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EX-SM)” should reach by Ordinary post to the Railway Recruitment Boards concerned as mentioned in notification so as to reach on or before 17-02-2014 up to 17:30 hrs. For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and other far flung areas can send their application on or before 04-03-2014 up to 17:30 hrs.

Application Fees:

Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs.40/- for ALP all other Technician categories in form of a crossed Demand Draft or in the form of crossed Indian Postal order to be drawn in favor of Assistant Secretary or Secretary or Member Secretary or Chairman of Railway Recruitment Board concerned as mentioned in notification. No examination fee for SC/ST/ Ex-servicemen, persons with disabilities/ Women/ minority/ economically backward candidates.

Municipal Service Commission Recruitment 2014 - For Junior Asst. 154 Post:

Recruitment Information:

Municipal Service Commission (MSC) has announced notification for the recruitment of 154 Junior Assistant Vacancies in Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Municipal Service Commission. Eligible Indian Citizens can send their application in prescribed format as shown in the notification on or before 28.01.2014 up to 4.00 PM. Educational Qualifications:

Candidate must pass in Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent & Working knowledge in computer applications.

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be between 18 to 40 years as on 01-01-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Application Fees:

Candidates need to pay Rs.150/- with processing charge of Rs.50/- and bank will charge Rs.20/- (Only processing charge of Rs.50/- and no application fee for to SC, ST & PH category). Fee can be payable through all branches of United Bank of India and deposited to A/C No. 0088050006323 vide challan specially designed and available at Commission’s website www.mscwb.org.

Mode Of Selection:

Selection will be done on the basis of performance in Written Exam, Personality Test/ Interview.

How To Apply:

Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, self-attested photocopies of the documents/certificates in support of age, caste, qualification and experience (if any) etc. whichever applicable, shall be submitted as supporting documents & One part of the Challan meant for the Commission reach by post or in the box kept at Commission’s Office, the Municipal Service Commission, 149, A.J.C.
