West Bengal School Service Commission has declared WBTET 2014
Notification of West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test on its official
site at www.westbengalssc.com and inviting application form in offline
mode which can be obtained from various post offices of the state so
submit your registration asap. WBSSC is the who handles this exam and
also recruit for the posts related to school education. Every year this
exam is conducted by the WBSSC and numbers of candidates apply for this.

Educational Qualifications:
Should have done BA/ B.Sc. and those who are appearing in final year of 2
year D.Ed./ BA/ B.Sc. with minimum 45% marks and passed/ appearing in
B.Ed./ Secondary Education with minimum 50% marks or passed/ in final
year of 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).
Application Fees:
General/ OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- and SC/ ST/ PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 80/- .
Mode Of Selection:
Merit list will be made on the basis of WBTET 2014 and on the basis of it candidates will be selected.
